    Minnekhada Regional Park
    This 175-hectare park has over 8km (5mi) of trails, where amongst the evergreens and ferns visitors can spy abundant wildlife. Minnekhada Regional Park is also home to the Minnekhada Lodge, an elegant heritage building that is often the site for weddings and special functions.

    Full of Fraser Valley's last old growth trees, this forest area has several pleasant hiking and biking trails. Riverview Forest is located east of Mundy Park.

    Blue Mountain Park
    This tranquil spot in the midst of active Coquitlam has something for most visitors. Stop for a picnic, get soaked in the spray park and wading pool or sit under the cool shade of a Douglas Fir tree. Tennis courts and a children's playground are also on site.
